I had filed a complaint for repair of Water Closets (WC) on 22nd of April 2014 and the same is still not resolved for the unavailability of parts. The product is under warranty. Now after one month of wait company is saying that part to be replaced cannot be changed so pls have the entire Top cover replaced which is 5 times costlier than the part to be replaced. Why a customer is penalized for non-availability of parts with the company. Parts should be arranged at least during the warranty period. What's the benefit to the customer for buying products of branded companies if customer has to face these problems. We buy branded products which are double in cost as compared to the other available products so that we get a good service and we need not to worry about the repairs etc of the products.
