[Resolved] Hindware — Unable to get service for past 4 months.. | |||
Hi, We have a hindware trashmasher. It had stopped working in Jan 2014. I gave a complaint by calling customer support on 3/Jan/2014. But no one came and visited my place. After calling another 2 times, service person had come to visit my place. He tried to check something, and informed the blade was not working. He removed the blade and informed that he will visit next day to replace the blade. But he has closed the complaint telling issue is fixed. While checking the trashmasher, he had broken some connection under the sink that there is total water leakage, which prevents us from using the kitchen sink. We have been unable to reach him to get the informed on the blade, for a long time. Now we called hindware 3-4 times and they say new complaint, another time we have to pay for technicial visit, etc. Despite giving a complaint 4th time on the customer care, no call back and visit from technician so far. Not sure why we have to keep buying such products while the company doesnt care to close the service issues on time despite calling so many times.. There is no link between the new and old complaints and no one really tracks how much time it took to actually resolve the issue.!!! Now we have spent so much money that we are not sure whether to throw the trash masher or retain it :( -[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
