[Resolved]  Hindware — WC mfg defect

Hello, I have been frustrated and extremely unhappy with current (on-going, not yet resolved issue for my WC). My wife and I had bought 3 Armada WC last year and one of them has a manufacturing defect that whereby when the WC is flushed the water spills out of WC on the bathroom floor. I had contacted Hindware customer care last year itself to resolve the issue but nobody followed up for a month and after that I was out of country for the rest of the year and hence I had to file a new complaint no 330782 this year when I returned back since the Hindware customer service could not find the previous complaint no. For the current ongoing complaint i was assigned Rakesh Muranjan as the Service manager and he has been TRYING HIS BES to STALL us and not replace the defective WC. On a side note I work for a multinational bank and manage customer servicing, but I have to say Rakesh by far has been the most arrogant, unprofessional customer care rep. I have came across and he would have been fired if he was working at my company This is my last attempt to contact Hind ware so that someone with little more compassion for customers can look into this matter and help me get it resolved. Please help me resolve this else you will not only loose my business for ever but also I will make sure that I advice anyone in my friends and family to stay away from a company that does not care for its customers Thanks Jinesh Shah (Mumbai) [protected]
