Hitachi — 4 month passed and it is still not fixed worst service ever . Current Complaint no. [protected]

I have bought hitachi AC from their authorised store after a month that AC broke . I m continuously complaining till date and my AC is not fixed till now . Their mechanics visited some time but unable to fix it . And I contacted their service Center representative several time even contacted their customer support for a replacement if they are unable to fix it but they ignored my complaint every time . I m really frustrated by their services .kindly help . So that I can get this issue resolved.
