Hitachi — AC Repair

We had lodged a customer complaint with Hitachi India Complaint#[protected]... After that we must have called atleast 10 times and only thing we get each time is an apology and an assurance that our complaint would be handled the same day. This is the worst possible after sales service I have seen in any consumer goods / service provider. I would like to know how can a company with a name like HITACHI provide such pathetic service on complaint. Can anyone help here...
