Hitachi — air conditioner dripping water

Have bought Hitachi ace ac 2 days back.and it started dripping water inside the room an hour after its installation.when called the guy who came from Hitachi he said madam keep a bucket inside your room.I am too busy I cannot come.didn't expected such a service.pathetic experience.have called up costumer care too but no one has turned up till now.won't buy any other product from your company if this problem doesn't get solved on urgent basis.
