Hitachi Air Conditioners — A/c not working from Day one of my purchase.

I bought a HITACHI 1 Ton capacity Split a/c on 22-June-2014 for Rs.34500. It was delivered to my home & installed on 23-June-2014. While showing demo, the executive told, it will take some time to cool the room at the first time & left with a installation cost of Rs.1000... From then on, I am struggling with that Stupid A/c with different modes of Operation.. It was not cooling the room even I kept it running for 6 hours continuously with all doors & windows in closed condition... On 26-Jun-2014, I logged a customer complaint with Hitachi customer care (Req No:[protected]), & the cust. care officer told that the issue will be resolved within 2 days.. Till now, 29-June-2014 no one called/came for fixing the issue. Evenafter paying a Rs.34500 its o[censored]seless. I am fedup & frustrated with their service. HITACHI Split A/c's are waste products. If anyone intended to buy a/c, my request to them will be "DONT BUY HITACHI" ...
