Replacement of AC part not attended to by JCI - Hitachi since last 2 weeks.
Absolutely pathetic service cutomer care from this company.
The customer care representative in Gujarat directs you to the service centre in Mumbai and the service centre will direct you to the customer care team.

There is no ownership of issue resolution.

I had purchased a split ac 1.5tr hitachi tousi 3200f rau317kwd split ac, invoice no me/sal/may/0915/17-18 from matri electronics (Andul new market. P. O.-andul howrah-711302) on 6th may 2017. From the date of installation, i had faced a lot of problems, after one hour running on 6/5/2017 the light of the a/c blinks 2-3 times and automatically off. After that the ac is not working. Dear sir I have purchased a 1.5 ton Hitachi window ac of 37000₹ on 22/04/2017. Till now I have registered 3 complaints regarding non working of machine because of manufacturing defects. But still Hitachi company person are not replaceing the machine as per warranty only temporary solution are provided. Which are not workable after some time.

Request your kind attention to replace the faulty unit ASAP....

Paid Rs 68500 for a fridge and now I need to pay another Rs 8000 within 2 years. The Hitachi 3 door refrigerator stopped. I purchased window Hitachi window AC which was installed by Hitachi.
Later I felt that the AC is not cooling well and I made a complaint. Technician came and checked. He stated that that cooling is well but when I said him to check the room temperature he which was not cool. He did not say about that.
