I brought a Hitachi AC in March, 2019. My AC stopped working in Oct, 2021 and then I got a vendor of Hitachi to inspect the issue. He diagnosed that the mother board was defective and took the mother board along with an advance amount of 3000 INR. We purchased the 2 ton AC 4 months back and the installation team came and told us about how the AC is damaged (outer body) and needs to be replaced. We filed a complaint regarding the same but no action was taken yet.

Last they say approval of replacement has came on 21st august and will take 10 days, but no replacement yet. We talked to the support team they also not co-operating and they keep delaying...

I bought Hitachi 1.5 ton 3100S Inverter - r410A- RSM317HCEAW AC on 4th Feb 2021.
