Hitachi — Complaints are not being by service center | |||
I purchased a double door fridge from K.K. SALES, Allahabad on 1st april 2015, after few days I noticed that the lower door of fridge is not being closed properly, I called so many times since may 2015 to dealer, local service center and even Hitachi customer call center to attend the problem but after dozens of call their service came without having any spare part on 29th of july, he said that he will come after 1 week to attend this. But till the date problem is at same level. Now LED display of my window AC has become faulty purchased on same date, dealer is not receiving my call, so today in the morning I emailed to hitachi regarding this but no reply mail has come from their side. I complain on 14/08/15 due to low cooling of my AC .My complain no is [protected] today 22/08/15 but no one has come we are suffering a lot .my mob :[protected]
