Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Installation request pending for long time | |||
I am a hitachi it employee, i had booked hitachi a/c provided for hitachi group employees. We raised service request on april20 for installation. We were told that technicial will attend within 48 hrs and request has been forwarded to hyderabad service centre. No one turned up even after 48 hrs. I have made several calls to hitachi customer care and every time i receive same reply - "technician is already assigned we will check why they are not attending". Was this information helpful? | |||
