Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Not repairing my product for a long time | |||
Dear sir/maam, I nidhish bindal is using a 601ltr hitachi refrigerator since last year. But in the past 1 month it has developed a problem of condensation and is developing water droplets inside the fridge shelf. Now after 3 rigorous complaints the service centre people in my city just showed up once and are unable to repair it. The service centre people are illetrate and useless. They have delayed repairing my fridge so much that it has become out of warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
