I have made a payment of Rs.3260/- against AMC on 16.10.2014 and have been requesting for extending the service till date. Not even once they have provided the service in the last 5 months while according to the contract it is to be provided 4 times in an year. Inspite of repeated attempts to reach them they either reply to attend to in a day or 2 and never bother to approach too. Its been highly unprofessional service by New Bowenpally, Secunderabad-11 service center. Highly dissatisfied with the product and the services too.
Would never recommend this product to even my enemy too for the inconvenience they cause to customers
