I bought a 1.5 Ton Kashikoi 300i inverter AC on 4th April, 2015 and I have already registered five service requests. Every time the engineer / technician came to solve the problem but they were not familiar with this latest product.
Many of the functions of the AC were not working, but the technicians have not yet been able to detect the problem. They even got the remote replaced but the problem still persisted. For last 2 weeks that AC stopped cooling and when I registered the service request the technician said that that the AC gas has leaked completely. He said that now the engineers will come and refill the the gas very soon without any cost as the AC is i warranty period, but I have not heard from Hitachi regarding this. Its very very humid and hot at Delhi, and I am very irritated that even after spending Rs 54000 on a Hitachi AC, I am suffering like hell.
I tried to buy the best AC and the latest product from Hitachi, but I now I feel like cheated.
I could have bought a much cheaper AC from another company if I had to face same issues.
Did not expect this from Hitachi. I won't buy a Hitachi product ever again. Paid almost Rs 20000 more than what I should have spent on an AC, and should have bought better AC. Was this information helpful? |
