Product is making extreme noise and vibration (More than 60db). I had done multiple complaint and techinical ; mr. Harshit visited many times but issue is not solved.

I had also wrote to management but no resolution is provided from them.

I had registered a complaint against my refrigerator as it is not working. They told me that ur executive will visit in 48 hrs and solve ur problem but it is very pathetic on ur part that there is no response even after 4 days
I dont expect this type of service from such a reputed company.

I had purchased a ac hitachi brand but not working since purchasing time and so many complaints regd. Now i am planning to print in news paper and will go to help electronic media. I called for service on[protected] as the Front blade and Remote is not working. Till now I have called the Hitachi customer support many times but result is zero. Everytime I call they tell me the same thing that the technician will contact you within 48 working hours but haven't got any response at all.
