Hello, I have bought Hitachi RAU318EVD FMS Thorugh Online Via ebay, And registered installation service request on 31st march SR # [protected], with Name : Samir patel . This request is not completed today after 7 days, every day I am calling the local (baroda # [protected]), they said Morning, then evening just giving false commitment... And your customer care number is always closed[protected],[protected], , , I am very frustrated by taking Your A/C. Other provide LG / Samsung will take 7 -8 hrs only for installation... regards Samir
