Hitachi — Low quality products and poor customer service | |||
Hi had bought a hitachi split air conditioner in april 2014 and it worked fine for 3 months . I had complained hitachi for cooling problem in my air conditioner on 24th july . A technician came and told me that there was a problem in the motor and it needs to be replaced. He didnt commit about the time needed for replacement. I wrote several mails to hitachi about my ac and they just replied " your problem will be solved shortly ". Till date i have no update on my problem . I had to get a new a/c installed because of this problem. The hitachi a/c is lying unrepaired till today. Hitachi has very low quality products.
