Hitachi — new air conditioner not working | |||
i am ankit garg from kaithal(Haryana). i had purchased new "hitachi ace invertor 2ton" from modern electronics kaithal haryana.from the first day of installation the machine is not working. i had complained three times on the hitachi customer care number. they said within 48 hours the complaint will be resolved and their engineers didnt even come till today after 12 days of complaining. Sir i have purchased new hitchi ac 1.5 tonn ac kazi my ac not giving cooling properly it auto dis connect and stop after complaint 15 DAYS AFTER SERVICEman came and he said your ac has no problem he said to my mother but after seven days it problem same so i have totally frusted to call again and waiting again for 15 days so please help me .
