Hitachi — New Window AC Not Working

I purchased new 1.5 ton window ac in july 2015.After 15 days ac was nt working properly.I complaint hitavhi customer care.Person came and said ac is ok...After 2 days i again complaint...Technishian came and said again ac is ok..sometime it happens... I complaint again... Now same person came and said display is not working..I ll change new display... Now almost 22 days passed away noone is coming..When i called he said display is not available as model is new... When i called customer care, they said we ll arrange ASAP. Now my ac is not working and no one is bothered. Season is about to end...so whats the benefit to buy new ac. Pathetic Service...
