Hitachi — Newly buy ac not doing cooling

hello i have purchased my ac two month back from hitachi e shop after instalation ac is not doing cooling one time technician came but not able to rectify the issue and he told us that there is no room on the first floor that why cooling is not done which is totally irrlevent excuse of company after that i complaint my times but issue still not resolved my registered mobile no is [protected] and registered compalint request is complaint no date [protected] 24th may [protected] 28th may [protected] 5 jun [protected] 20 jun
