Hitachi — No response for AMC

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Hitachi Air Conditioner one year back. Now I wanted to take Annual Maintanance Contract for my AC. I have contacted your local (Vadodara) service centre on 20.6.2015 and requested to send somebody to my residence for AMC. On the next one service man came and inspected my AC and I was told that he will come on the next day with all documents of contract for collecting the cheque. But I am sorry to say that inspite of so many my phone calls nobody has turned to collect the cheque for AMC. I don't understand why this happened in such a reputed company like Hitachi. On this incident I have to think twice when going for another purchase of Hitachi products. Pl. do something for getting my AC serviced under AMC. Yours faithfully, Viswanathan Pillai ([protected])
