[Resolved] Hitachi — Not attending complaint after several reminders | |||
I am having one 1.5 Ton split AC of Hitachi. On 01.09.14 I gave complaint to their customer care number ([protected]) regarding water seepage from the indoor unit of the AC (complaint no. [protected]). Next week nobody turned up. I again talked to their customer care number on 08.09.14. They told that they will take care. Nothing happened. On 10.09.14 I talked again to the customer care number. Same reply. Then I took the phone no. of Vizag Service Center from them for direct interaction. The agency is Hema Aircon Systems & Service (phone no. [protected]). When I contacted them, they denied receiving the complaint from the service center. On my insistence they checked their record and found it. I was told that the mechanic will be coming shortly. Yesterday and today I am waiting for the mechanic, but nobody has turned up. Even they are not lifting my phone. I donot know how I can solve my problem. If this is the service condition, I cannot buy Hitachi AC afterwards. Was this information helpful? | |||
