Hitachi — Please fix my AC

I am an Hitachi AC user. I had bought window AC in 2011 from Croma, Greater Noida with extended warinty On 11th June 2014 the AC stop working, and I called your toll free no and registered a complaint, no [protected] The technician came on 18st June 2012 and informed that there was a gas leak as well some party need be replace (Cooling coil, Motor and some other part )and they would have to take the AC to the workshop, but as on date AC still at service station and whenever I try to ask they said Cooling coil not available at work shop . My family daily suffered in month of June(with maximum 46 temperature) just because Hitachi not have sufficient part inventory. My son(6 month’s old) sick and I am completely helpless just because Hitachi not trying to fix the problem. Every time they increment 4 to 5 days. I ready to pay any amount but Hitachi happy to torture me and my family. Your service center attendants now know my number, Mr. Mehta, Ms. Mayuri, Mr. Ved sharma and even the toll free service the moment I select option “2”the phone is disconnected. Today is 24th June 2014, fourteen days since my first complain and neither your technician, nor service center people are able to address the problem. Thus is a highly irresponsible behavior. It is the duty of the service centres to keep the required parts in stock, they cannot claim cover under the fact that there was an earthquake in Japan and so the shortage. I and my family have been terribly inconvenienced and troubled by this attitude.
