Hitachi — Poor Service of Air Conditioner

Hi, This is to inform you that I purchased a Hitachi Window AC last year and I had also paid for the AMC of 2 years. Yesterday, I called to Hitachi Call Center and filled a service request for the wet service of Hitachi Air Conditioner. Complaint number for Hitachi Air Conditioner is [protected]. Today, Hitachi Service come to my registered address and they not misbehaved with us but also their way of service is totally waste of time. They were just doing the formality of washing AirConditioner. I request you to please inform this to Hitachi Air Conditioner so that they can have better idea of what type of service are they providing to their customers.
