I have requested for service of my A/C on 20/04/2015 with request no.[protected]. Next day service boy come and switch on the A/c it was not working. My A/c warranty period not expired yet, as it was buy on 23/4/2014. He said that " Your A/c fan not working so we will change it first, than on same day we conduct service of your A/C. But today a service request close message receive and the same request is closed by them without solving the same. They have not any system of customer feedback. And the most important thing was that the service boy and other members have no manners how to behave/ attend/ deal with customer. All the process above stated have harassed me a lot. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Its very difficult to me live without A/C in this 45'C temperature.
