Hmil — Non giving of exchange bonus

I had purchased hyundai xcent car on 15.12.15 and submitted papers (Photocopy) of old vehicle immediately and original rc on 31.01.16 but the company has not allowed bonus to dealer. On repeated request the dealer could not do anything. After hearing nothing from them on 17.02.16 i raised first complaint on customer care no. Complaint no being[protected] but of no use. On 20.02.16 again complaint raised no. Being[protected]. But of no use. Again on 25.02.16 complaint raised no being[protected] but again of no use. On 29.03.16 again complaint was raised no being[protected] but of no use again on 23.04.16 complaint was again made no being[protected] but again of no use. When contacted the customer care no they said that the complaint is in process hence new complaint can not be registered. Many a times they took e mail id and also confirmed that my email id is in their record but never mailed any information. What complaint they have registered and what they have done on, it is all confidential not shared with the customer who has made the complaint. During all this process some persons names which i remember are mr. Aditya, mr. Rohit, mr vickypatra, mr nikul and mr prashant. No one gave corporate nos or any senior executive numbers.
After feeling disgusted due not being properly heard, i searched their site and also site of siam for lodging the complaint but none of the sites was having any avenue to lodge complaint.
After long dissatisfaction and boredom i contacted cro2 lucknow where ms amisha heard patiently and promised to forward the issue to proper level in the organisation. I sent her detailed mail on 20.05.16 and follow-up mail on 07.06.16 yet i have to hear from her.
Yesterday my son had received a phone call from ms kalpana from sas hyundai asking him to get the issue resolved by sharing half of the money of exchange bonus i. E. Rs.12500- which i refused to share as the exchange-bonus was to be given by hmil to sas hyundai lucknow, why should i bear it for no fault of mine.
The whole issue is of exchangebonus to be given by hmil to sashyundai which could not be got resolved as the site of hmil was not opened for uploading of the rc of the exchanged vehicle. Please get the issue resolved at the earliest by getting the exchangebonus rs.25000- from hmil to sas hyundai.
