HMWSSB — Delay in tap connection allotment

I have applied for a new tap connection on 24-Sep-2014 bearing the file no[protected] in the ziaguda division, till now the my connection is pending for approval where i have paid all the respective connection charges as well.I have connected with the concerned DGM of my division but no one is able to take my file forward.I just want the reason behind the delay and Kindly looking for the immediate action from your team in providing a connection Thanks in advance, J Rukmini Bai
