[Resolved]  HMWSSB — EXCESS BILL

In the year 2013 we have received excess bill from hmwssb of amount 5000x4 times for 4 months total 20, 000rs, We complained about this excess bill at prajavani meeting then they said to go headoffice which is located at Madhapur and we have complained there about this excess bill statement, then they agreed with us and they said they will deduct the amount which is excess in 1month but they haven't and put interest upon the excess amount and taken it to 28000. But we are paying our regular bill up to date but now water board is saying that they will disable the water connection if we won't pay excess bill too. Plz resolve our problem
