HMWSSB — Excess Billing and Frequent Changes in water metre.

CAN no :[protected] We have received Bill no 50663408 dt9.01.15 for Rs 12791/-. This is abnormally high as in the past our average bill value is in the vicinity of 7000 to 7500/- This could be due to incorrect metre reading due to the new type of water metre being installed. Please correct our bill and confirm. Also in the past we have been complaining of a leak abutting our pipe line. Inspite of complaints it is not being resolved. Whether this leakage is affecting our reading we are not sure. Please verify and confirm. Matter may be resolved immediately for us to pay the bill in time.
