HMWSSB — Incorrect/Elevated Billing

My CAN No. is[protected]. My residence is 11-3-614, Mallepally, Hyderabad. I used to receive Water bill for Rs.212/- until Feb, 2015. March, 2015 the tariff was increased to around Rs.238/-. Surprisingly, In April, 2015, I received the bill for Rs.984.50/-. I would like to state that there was no bill outstanding as I pay the bills every month regularly on-line. It is a residence and the connection is purely domestic and not commercial. I do not know how all of a sudden the bill amount is increased more than four times. Please look into this complaint and take necessary action to correct the amount and issue the bill with correct amount in future. My email address is: [protected]@yahoo.com. Thanks
