[Resolved]  HMWSSB — irregular and scanty water supply

The CAN No is[protected] and it is in the name of Balakrishna Rao 3-4-871/3 Barkathpura Hyderabad 500027. We are very prompt in paying the water bills. But the water supply is very irregular. We get water on alternate days. Even then the pressure is very low. If we ring up to the Helpline Customer care 155313 we get a standard answer that complaint is registered. There is delay or late supply of water. But the problem is never resolved. Otherwise we are at the mercy of the lineman whose service is not reliable. We request you to : Even if you supply water on alternate days, please ensure there is pressure and water is supplied at regular timings.
