HMWSSB — Irregular water supply

There is no water supply since about one month to Raghavendra colony, Kondapur under Madhapur section. After severe persuasion and repeated requests only on 23rd Feb just one hour low pressure water was supplied, since then there is no water supply on the specified days.
We the customers of Raghavendra colony having water connections humbly request you Sir to please look into the matter and to direct the concerned officials to restore the water supply regularly. It is requested that since our colony is on height the supply should be given independently without clubbing with other areas.
Please look into the matter immediately and help us to get the water supply regularly.
