I am Habeeb Mohammed R/O H.NO: 3-5-784/1/A, King kothi, Hyd. I have registered a complaint on 9 Dec 2013 (Ref # 9236), then again on 18 Dec 2013 (Ref # 9082). I am very disappointed to address that there has not been any action taken against the complaint. More over i received a SMS stating that my complaint has ben taken care and is closed when the problem with the water flow right infront of my door is still not yet fixed.
