HMWSSB — not getting tanker after 10days also

Dear sir, booked a tanker 10days back with token number 8721.Till this date we have not received tanker.Every time they are charging 100 to 150 extra.At least we are not getting muncipal water for daily use.Kindly look into the matter and help us.
