HMWSSB — Sewage Water Supply

We are living in H.No: 10-5-8/9/B First Lancer, Masab Tank.We have been receiving polluted water supply since last year continuously, strong stinky smell is coming from the water and it's dark like that of a drainage water. We are getting sick constantly due to this dirty water supply, so many complaints had been lodged via telephone yet there has been no action taken what so ever. I would request the members of the authority to look into this matter seriously and solve this problem as soon as possible.
