HMWSSB — There is no water form past 1 week

Dear Team, We are not getting drinking water form past 1 week we have reported complaint by calling 155313 many times still there is no proper response and we have personally visited the Water Bode Beside at Hasmathpet no manager or responsible person is available at the desk and none of the staff know what is the managers timings he is not picking any ones calls also please check and do needful by process our request. I have taken photographs / Call recording &videos of the office so that if this issue is not getting resolved I will be forced to present the same in MEDIA.
