I have already got the approval for the cash loan from you people and the contract id is [protected]. I need that money for my personal use and i have already done the documentation and also got the confirmation for that even but still every time i call i get to know that backend team is still working on it. It's been more than one week now that i am continuesly calling in the loan department and i am not getting any clearance from them.
