I B.J.Borse resident Nasik had purchased the ownership flat from the M/S - JANKI Construction Ltd and agreement of sale registered on dated 27.01.2010 the said builders address is as below mentioned

M/S - JANKI Construction 5 , JANKI HIGHTS ,KRUSHI NAGAR , NEAR JOGGING TRACK , CANAL ROAD , SAMBHAJI NAGAR , NASHIK PIN - 422005 Ph.[protected] Mail [protected]@jankigroup.in

I hereby notice to that Janki Group has constructed building of four floor flats as Name Janki Residency apartment at Date Nagar , Gangapur road Nasik Sr.704/1, 11 b , final plot no.5 , the said building had get the four floor permission from NMC town planning department the ground floor is allotted as a parking floor and the total constructed premises of said building is base on one floor one flat concept , the builder M/S - JANKI Construction Ltd had sold first to third flats to individual purchasers and forth floor sold to individual two purchasers as flat no.4 & 5 .

First Floor owner Mr.Gamne Yogesh Kashinath
Second Floor owner Mr.Rahalkar Sarang Suhas.
Third Floor owner Mr.Balkrishna Jagannath Borse & Mrs.Jayashri Balkrishna Borse.
Fourth Floor owner I – Mr.Jugal Ramesh Deorah.
Fourth Floor owner II Mrs.Sonal Jugal Deorah.

M/S - JANKI GROUP / JANKI Construction has allotted the building open sky top common terrace above the flat no.05 is reserved for the use and enjoyment of purchaser of Flat no. 4 & 5 and No other purchaser of Janki Residency Apartment allowed in said terrace.

The terrace allotted to flat no. 4 & 5 owners with concrete wall and locked with wooden door and both owners had made toilet for their servants also the concrete wall extended with steel guards.

I and remaining two member’s flat no.1, 2 owners have already sent registered A/D letter / notice in last month to the Janki Construction Ltd. And address to director name as Mr.Pramod Parashram Puria and requested to complete the sale deed process also requested to open terrace and allot the Janki Residency Apartment all the members but up to he had not responded to us.

Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and guide us because we all the members wants to made complaint against M/S - JANKI Construction Ltd.
