Tvteleshopping. Co. In / Big Mop — Broken received product.

I bought Big Mop on 24.02.13 through Debit card. I received it on 28.02.13 at 19.30 hrs. The package was intact but when opened the the package the bucket of Big Mop found broken and it also seems to be used one. I immediately informed to customer care of TV teleshopping on phone and also emailed the complaint with photographs of broken & used received item. Till date no satisfactory response received from TV teleshopping in-spite of several reminders of my complaint. Today on 07.03.13 when talked to customer care on phone the care person told me to first return the broken item. In such case What the Tv teleshopping will do with this waste broken bucket ? and also who will bear the cost of return shipping. Is this a correct way to make goodwill among online buyers. Please arrange for replacement of broken received item with reverse pick up of broken item if the company desires. My Order No. T02130675 of date 24.02.13..
