My house owner has been constantly nagging me about a few things:
1. He started construction without asking me and broke down my kitchen wall.
2. The wall was broken for more than 1 month even though he promised to complete the construction in 2 days.
3. He built a new room on the other side and asked me to move to the new room.
4. He is asking for a 20% raise in the rent with 4 months left in my rent agreement which stipulates a 10% raise after a year of occupancy.
5. He is asking me not to keep any housemaid except the one who works for him.
6. His wife and son have talked very rudely to me and used offensive language. Was this information helpful? |
