As per your terms and conditions, i bought above mobile and got delivery on 17.09.2016. It was suggested by you that as and when you will got the above mobile, you may contact to nearby reliance digital store and you will get reliance jio sim instantly. But, it is mention that i approached two authorized reliance digital store at ujjain, but they denied to provide any preference for above mobile holder. They told that you may approach only if you purchase this mobile in my shop i arrange the sim but you puchase home shop 18 iam not provide sim. It is not tolerable to me.
