[Resolved] Home Shop 18 — Non refund of money despite return of poor quality product | |||
I ordered for two blankets vide no.[protected]/15.12.2014(HS 18 sub orders were 94919939 and[protected] and made advance payment thru; debit card Rs 3859/-. I received suborder 94919941 product code 32921265 from M/s Little India Jaipur on 22.12.14 which was of very poor quality and appeared a used product.I returned it by registered post parcel no.EI[protected]IN/29.12.14 which is already received by Little India Jaiur.Suborder 94919939 product code 32921263 was not received by me from the courier Blue dart which was returned by them to the sender.Despite above fact, HS 18 has not been giving proper response to my mails, my calls to Customer care and even denying to have received back the products.It is not fair on part of HS18 Pl help me Satish Kumar Shrivastava Ujjain [protected]. email [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
