As per your customer care executives conversation, this product cannot be replaced. But
i read refund policy point no -11 where mentioned that product will be replace. as this product is not fall under that list.
HS18 is very famous, popular and large scale business dealing company.
So please u cant brake our believe about your reputed concern.
if you not refund my money against this product you may be change this product with

for this i will ever grateful to you and my purpose will solve with my money
( bokaro is not a big town here wifi facility not available)
