Home Shop 18 — They are not giving the courier charges of product sending | |||||
I Sushil kumar singh has been purchasing a product of kitchen appliances of Rs.1098 from HOMESHOP 18 against its Suborder no [protected].but I received that in faulty state. After this I wanted to refund it and hs18 agreed to refund both product price and courier charges . I have sent it back to the address which was stated by hs18 because they have no service area for pickup. But after my sending they told to give me only 10% of courier charges.which was injustice for me because I has sent the product in Rs.450 and they told to give me only Rs.109.8 (10% of Rs.1098) Please accept our apologies for the compliant raised by hs18 to me. If these is hs18 's policy than that should to home pickup the product from my house of delivered product. They should to pay full amount instead of 10% I had sent the product to the address through Dtdc courier on 20-07-16 I am enclosing the courier receipt.
