Home shop 1 8company is not interested in giving the solution after selling the product. i have been order a Spice model MI 504 from HOMESHOP18 on 21 march 2014. After a week i have been recived that product on 26.march 2014 at 9.00 o clock after reciving a phone i put it on charging for 8 hrs and since morning i insert a sim and get start from start buttom its sim that the mobile not working like display not working. at the same day i talk to castmer care fro the same and he advise that please send this product to home shop18 we will immedeatly replace but since from 27 march 2014 from 05.April 2014 there is no response and from toady's till the time there is no positive response.
