The item, Air Fryer Order No DGA 7399877, was delivered today at 1530 hours and was opened. The entire thing is broken and thus worthless. All plastic parts are broken - maybe as a result of improper handling by the shipping agency.

Please arrange to have it replaced and the broken item collected at the earliest or please refund my amount....
