[Resolved]  Homeshop 18 — Delay in refund

HI This is anoop i had order a blue leather boots form homeshop 18 but shoes size was small so I had returned the order as per their return policy through dtdc courier and they got the delivery on 18th november 2014 after that i called up many time to their cust care and they said you will get refund soon but still i am not getting my refund it is over one and half months. their cust care executives gave me false complaint numbers and they don't have the knowledge about the refund policy.
