Dear Sir, My order details as follows : Order No.[protected] Dt. 20/11/2013 Sub Order No. 67162937 Item : SPICE DUAL SIM QWERTY COMBO of Price 2599 on Cash on Delivery basis. This product is delivered to me in faulty condition or say there is technical fault in handsets since i am chasing HOMESHOP18 people to get it replaced i already send back faulty sets to their seller ( M/s Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd.) still i am waiting for replaced handsets but there is no reply from their side. I request you to handle this matter with extra care and get it solve my problem as earlieast as possible.
