[Resolved]  Homeshop 18 — Selling items of lower mrp to higher price to customes

I had order 2 kingston 16gb microsdhc memory card - class 10 from homeshop18 vide order no[protected] and[protected] dated 15 aug 2015 for rs 619/- each on discount basis. On receipt of the product i found that the mrp on the card was rs 550/-. On contacting the hs18 customer care they registered my complaint but stayed me waiting for 2 days. After that they told me that they will refund me rs 64/- with any discount. Which was a mind disturbing and mental harassment to me. This is a mental harassment to me and i want them to refund me the discounted amount which was with the product and no one can pay the mental harassment cost of any one.
