Dear Sir/Mam We booked a Tax Sleeveless Jacket on 10 August 2014 and we received the order on 13 August 2014 But the parcel we received did not have the jacket instead it had a t-shirt . In this Connection I Call to customer care on 13 August 2014 they launch the complaint & told me that in 48hrs you will receive your order But Still Today I haven't receive the Order . So Many Time I call to Home shop18 Customer Care Every Time they told me you will received your order within 48hrs . our complaint no.[protected], order no.[protected]. We have called at customer care twice but no action was taken. We request you to take necessary action against it and deliver the right order to us. Hoping for quick response.
